Fundraising (RTCC)
Quilts and bikes don’t often go together but in the Slighte household they are common place. Once again, Blair and I will be participating in the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation - Ride to Conquer Cancer. (#7 for me and #5 for Blair).
Cancer hasn't slowed down but charities like Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation (PMCF) are all feeling the sting, since charity events all over the world are cancelled or shrunk to "virtual" and fundraising has decreased.
We know that this Pandemic is hard and is only that much harder on those continuing to fight cancer. Blair and I would be extremely grateful if you could support our ride by donating to either of us at the following links:
You will receive a tax receipt from PMCF. And to show our gratitude for those who donate, I am making a custom lap quilt (pictured below measuring 60” x 60”) that will be gifted to one of our supporters (random drawing) after the fundraising has closed.
